HOLOSUN HS507K X2 Performance

Automatic brightness: One of the best features of the HOLOSUN HS507K-X2 is its automatic brightness control. This means that the dot will automatically adjust its brightness to match the environment that you are in.

Multi Reticle: One of the most important factors when choosing a red dot sight is the reticle’s size. The reticle is the crosshair or dots you use to aim at your target. The HOLOSUN HS507K-X2 has a 2 MOA red dot which is ideal for close to medium-range shooting. The small reticle size allows for precise aiming while still being easy to see.

Solar backup: HOLOSUN HS507K-X2 comes with a solar backup. This means that if you run out of batteries, the solar panel on the top of the sight will power the dot so that you can continue to use it. This is a great feature because you will never have to worry about your sight going dark during a shooting session.

Durability: If You want a sight that can withstand being dropped or bumped around without losing its zero, then the HOLOSUN HS507K-X2 is the sight for you. The rugged aluminum construction can take a beating, and the sight is also waterproof and shockproof. This makes it ideal for use in harsh conditions.

Battery life: The last factor to consider when choosing a red dot sight is battery life. You want a sight that will stay powered on for as long as possible so that you don’t have to worry about changing batteries in the middle of a gunfight.

  1. Did the install on the optic ready shield plus require special mounting screws or were they included with sight? I’ve read some message boards where an additional screw pack was needed (The Ultimate Red Dot Screw Package )

  2. Any issues with the screws for the sig Romeo zero? Other reading indicates the screws that come with it don’t work with the shield + and that you had to find the right sized screws.
